HTG 800-4A is a SELF-PROPELLED grinder and polisher and is used to grind, coarse grind, prepare and polish concrete,
natural stone and terrazzo floors,The self-propelled motion allows the floor manager on the job site to set all machines with
the same feed rate and speed/rpms for consistent scratch pattern.The operator needs to just glide the machine in the right
direction with almost no effort. This features saves time and minimizes the risk of operator's mistakes.

1.Grinding efficiency:

1.Working width is 800 mm
2.At 4m/min walking speed can achieved sealing and hardening the construction requirement at once grinding.
3.According to hardness of domestic concrete floor,use grit 30 or 60 diamond metal pads,at 4m/min walking speed can
achieved sealing and hardening the construction requirement of rough grinding.
The ideal working area with one 800-4A in a day:(0.8÷2)²X3.14X4x480=964.6 m².
But in real grinding condition,we will grind and cover near two grinding channels at least 10cm or even more.There will have
conditions of U-turn and corner turning.So working 8hours a day and using grit 30 or 60 diamond metal pads in the concrete
floor can achieve area more than  964.6X2/3=643m². You can see its value via the working efficiency of  643 m² a day. 



In polishing process, working speed can be raised up to 10m/min, then working efficiency is 2.5times of the 643m².
The maximum walking speed of 800-4A is 25 m/h.When walking speed up to 25 m / min, it will bring you more than 3600²
working efficiency per day.
