Audited Supplier WHAT IS THE APPLICATION PROCESS FOR CONCRETE DYES?
1.Prepare and clean the floor
Please check and clean the floor thoroughly before the dying process. Make sure there is no dirt or cracks and holes before you apply the concrete dyes.
If there's dirt and cracks, it can cause uneven surfaces that may damage the concrete over time. And clean floors would help the dye liquid better permeate to the concrete pores.
Make sure the working place is well ventilated during cleaning and dye application.
2.Draw the design on the surface and saw cut pattern and then clean floor with auto scrubber.Then grind the floor with resin pads and clean the floor again.
3.Apply multiple colors of water based dye CD-01 and then clean the floor.
4.Apply densifier to refusal and once dry,clean the floor again.
5.Grind the floor with the resin pads,and clean the floor.
6.Apply topical treatment(sealer) and once dry,high speed burnish with diamond impregnated pad.

A:It is better to polish the floor every other time like stone caring.It depends on how long it takes to use the environment.
Q:How to prevent the uneven color of the junction when spraying in a large area? And how to avoid uneven coloring?
A: Sufficiently spray, push the paint rollers with long-handle rod back and forth evenly; the junction can be selected at the expansion joint, do not repeat again.
